Zagora 2 Days

Today we will pick you at 7.00am from your hotel or riad for your private Zagora desert trip You will use modern air conditioned 4X4 or minivan with a professional and experienced driver who is also speaking fluent English and acts as guide during your journey.

We head towards the popular city of Ouarzazate with amazing panorama of the high Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi N Tichka pass (2260m) and admire the landscape of Berber villages with short photo breaks, Then you continue to the fortified city of Ait Benhaddou, UNESCO World Heritage site (1987) and the most spectacular Ksar in all of Morocco. The Kasbah was built by mud and home of Pacha Thami El Glaoui. The kasbah was used as a backstage for more than 20 famous films, including: Gladiator, Indiana Jones, Lawrence of Arabia, Game of Thrones. After the Kasbah visit then it is time for lunch.

After lunch break we will continue towards Zagora passing through the small village of Agdez and Draa Valley enroute you will see really amazing thing as: mountains, Kasbahs, berber villages, nature, palm oasis...When we arrive to Zagora then you will find your camel guide waiting for you to have an unforgettable camel trekking to watch the sunset.

Once you reach o desert camp, you will have welcome drink as Moroccan Mint Tea and then delicious berberi dinner will be served at the camp. After dinner you can enjoy a lifetime experience to watch stars in magical silence of desert that you will never forget.

After a beautiful sunrise and a delicious breakfast, early departure back to Marrakech passing the same road through Ouarzazate the Hollywood of Africa with a stop to visit or make pictures of Kasbah Taourirt.
